Payment Policies
and Price List

Every ceremony will require at least one consultation session to establish your needs and expectations and what I can offer. Consultations come in 1 hour slots, and cost between £10-£25 per hour. For more complicated ceremonies, multiple consultations may be required, but I have never needed more than four consultations prior to a ceremony. The consultation fee also covers the time I take outside of our one-to-one sessions to work on the ceremony, including any time spent corresponding with you.

The fees I charge for my services as a celebrant are based on the current rate most other celebrants are charging for the same or similar services, and allow me to remain competitive and cover my costs. I am always happy to work within your budget, and willing to negotiate in cases of financial hardship.

In addition to my set fee, I may incur some Expenses that you will be responsible for covering. Expenses are always for things that you could reasonably be expected to cover. I will always do my best to anticipate these expenses early on and provide estimate; I usually over-estimate and the final expenses tend to be lower than anticipated. Reasonable expenses include things like travel costs (I will always default to the most affordable travel options) and consumables (i.e. candles, flowers, printables, etc.) I will provide receipts whenever possible.

Expenses are charged via invoice after the service is performed.

After our consultation I will present you with an initial invoice, which will include Consultation fees, Service Fees, and an estimate of Expenses. After you agree to the invoice, you will pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed total prior to the ceremony.

You will receive a final invoice within seven days of the ceremony being completed, and you will be expected to pay the invoice in full within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. (In cases of financial hardship I am happy to discuss a longer-term payment plan.)

Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to pay your final invoice within 30 days. I am sympathetic to difficult financial situations and willing to negotiate a delayed or extended payment plan; however I am not willing to let my own financial situation suffer for lack of communication with clients. Please communicate with me.

Each week the invoice is not paid beyond the 30 day period will incur an additional £25 fee.

Cancellations requested three (3) or more weeks prior to a ceremony will receive a full refund of your deposit.

If the cancellation is requested more than 1 week, but less than 3 weeks prior to the ceremony, you will receive 50% of your deposit.

Cancellations less than 1 week (7 days) prior to the ceremony will receive no refund.

You may reschedule a ceremony with no loss of deposit, but you must give me at least 48 hours' notice. Less than 48 hours notice will constitute a cancellation and you will lose your deposit.
